No communication or message answering at all. I had to reach out to Palmstreet Support to try to get any type of information on my order. Seems like the plant i relieved was what they were trying to get rid of. Last two leaves shriveled up and nothing like the pictures they featured. Seems like some type of retaliation after reaching out for support when they refused to get back to me. Sad to see in a shop owners who act like this to paying customers.
