All the reviews are spot on there communication is non exsistent . I ordered my plant a month ago and I’ve messaged three times since this and it just showed up yesterday . Not one response etc . The plant looks good . So I guess buy at your own risk ⚠️

Unfortunately experience with this seller was poor. Only 2 of 5 items of the order were received and multiple attempts at communication to resolve issue have been unsuccessful. Disappointing experience.

Ordered 4 plants. The 2 cheapest ones came and the seller won’t respond to any messages. Had to escalate to support. Completely ripped me off. Definitely will never shop with them again.

I waited to put a review because I was hoping the seller would be able to communicate and solve the issues but there has been lack or response or resolution. I ordered 4 plants, only received 3. I reached out and they told me they would just send my last plant but it’s been almost two weeks and they have not responded to any of my messages or attempt to follow up. Have escalated this to customer service. If you place an order, I hope you don’t have an issue because they won’t try to solve it.
