All my plants were packaged terribly. They were cuttings and they were not in an air tight container. They were put in a plastic to go container. So the moss dried out. I live in CA and I did not need a heat pack as it is still warm here, but the seller added a heat pack so the cuttings dried out and arrived dead. I have never received such a mess of a package. The seller was rude when I asked for a refund. I received a refund from PALMSTREET though. I do not recommend ordering from this seller.

The cuttings came a bit rough, but the rest came well. Plants seem healthy.
