It was the packaging for me! The plant arrived in one piece no dirt residue all over the place like I’ve experienced with other vendors! She did an amazing job when packing my monkey tail out. I’m smitten with my cactus! Love it!

I didn’t want to leave this review, since this seller seems very nice. However I cannot help but express my disappointment. I ordered many plants, paid two shipping costs and only received 1 box and missing two plants. I’ve been in contact with seller for a week now with no resolution. I was promised a tracking number, a bonus plant and my two missing plants. This was on Monday 6/23 and it’s been a week with no updates. I waited to leave a review but I can’t help my dissappoint, I’m so sorry.
