I had an order that took 8 days to get to me due to holiday delays and weather issues and unfortunately my plant did not arrive alive. Nico was very understanding and very responsive in offering a resolution. The packing was great, but the customer service was above and beyond. Thank you and I will keep an eye out for more plants you have to offer.

The plant arrived and hopefully it will make it. Unfortunately, the substrate leaked to the top of the plant. Thank you to the seller for being understanding and communicating.
