KayKays energy is unlike any seller. She is so much fun! However, my items (a bag & pair of shoes) came with a very strong cigarette smoke smell. I wouldn't have boughten the items if I had known they came from a smokers home. I think that is something that needs acknowledged for all customers to take into consideration before purchasing. I attempted to reach out to her about this but have not gotten a response. The items themself were in good condition as described.
