Items were missing from the order despite the seller "triple checking" the order. When I asked for a refund, the best the seller was willing to offer was a partial refund for THEIR mistake - which frankly is egregiously unacceptable and poor customer service to say the least. I hope the person who received 30% of my order of plants is thrilled with their freebies.
