Arrived fantastic!

I wanted to have a better experience because there were some positives,but unfortunately there were too many issues between my last order & this one.My previous order was missing the Swiss Variegated.The seller included it with this order, which I appreciated, but it arrived in bad shape.This order was also missing the Sig Silver,& the variegated rope arrived in poor condition.Jade looks fine.We are both in Florida,& the package arrived the next day so this wasn’t a long shipping situation.
