My plants were received in good condition but the box was infested with ants. Filed a claim and it got nowhere. I was told without an unboxing video there was nothing that could be done. Kinda upset about this but what can you do? Didn’t realize I needed to record unboxing videos for everything I receive but will definitely do so in the future.!

My plants arrived safely. They are bigger than what I expected.
