UPS had a massive delay and took a week to delivery my dark form billie, but it still arrived in near perfect condition! The seller kept in constant contact with me and was very friendly and informative about what to do if my plant arrived dead. Thankfully, it arrived with almost no cold damage, despite shipping across several states below 45 degrees! The insulation and 72hrs heat pack, plus careful packaging saved my plant!
