Took two full weeks to ship, as she wasn't sure how to ship during cold. Used a SINGLE HAND WARMER as the heat pack - when PS had sent a message to sellers only days before, statinf NOT to use hand warmers. Package was sopping wet, and messy. Labels were ruined due to all the water. Messaged seller twice to discuss, first on 11/8, then again on 11/12. Today is 11/14 and I've never received a response.
