I want to start out by saying this isn’t my 1st order from the rock ladies, and I reached out for a solution before I posted this. But they told me “we will not be offering a refund or return” and then offered a $5 COUPON on a $100 order where 5/7 cabs were damaged. They did not disclose these issues to me in the live. Watching the video back they seem to cover these areas with their fingers or move past them quickly. Despicable business practices. They don’t stand by their product. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
