She is only kind when you are making her money. Customer service otherwise is less than average. She says shipping is fast, but it’s not been my experience with her ever (3+ orders). As an example, she has shipped yesterday’s orders yet mine is still pending from 4 days ago. I think I’ll move on and take my business elsewhere.
