This was my first order through palmsteet, I still hadn't even changed my name, or current address, they did get the address updated but I had specifically asked if I needed to purchase heat packs or thermal and did not get a response. I received my plant today and it looks like it will still make it.. maybe just lose a few leaves. I am super pleased with it but would have been a five star had they just messaged me back to say yes order the heat..I would order again, as now I know what to do
