I understand this was a game of chance, and I respect the seller’s shop policies. I also take responsibility for not reviewing the breaker before bidding. I paid $24.09 and received a My Little Pony pin, which was disappointing for the amount spent. I reached out to see if we could come to a resolution, but the seller declined. Customer service matters, especially if you want buyers to return. Unfortunately, I left disappointed.
