Purchased a starter plant sold as exclusive, recieved it in a plug with no roots at all. Messged seller with pictures and videos, seller apologizes for the mistake and asks if a wish a refund since the plant I order was no longer available. I request a refund. Seller proceeds to partially refund the purchase. When I request full refund, seller proceeds to relay that is their policy not to refund shping charges! How is my fault your quality control is poor and you sent me a plant with no ROOTS!
