Great packaging (ups or usps was the problem), LOVE the company, best lives! Will see if plant can comeback from what shipper did to the package.

There was a quality concern in their end with one of the plants that I ordered. They contacted me immediately and offered a comparible plant as a replacement. I really appreciated them taking this step instead of sending a plant I could possible not be happy with. I have never been disappointed by a purchase with TGE and I look forward to more purchases in the future 💚
