I was a bit confused on whether insulation was included in shipping as the shop guide lines say every package includes it but my package didn’t. Not a huge deal though considering our weathers decent right now, shipping only took 2 days and everything else was perfect. Her pricing on the live I purchased from was phenomenal and the plants all seem in pretty good condition after shipping so far. Definitely reccomend purchasing from her 💕
