This woman is so kind and beautiful, I won a giveaway, I wasn't expecting superb packaging and a heat pack due to the fact it was a giveaway, maybe that was my self conscious because I usually prefer to at least tip for a giveaway but I just didn't have it that day. I've seen a lot of sellers degrade or ignore those that cannot buy but not this kind woman. She genuinely just appreciates the company and talks, 10/10 recommend
