This was my first time using Palmstreet and I had a very negative experience with this seller. I placed my order 13 days before I actually received anything (shipping time was very short as were both in SoCal). One of the plants I ordered was supposedly sold “on another platform” and I was asked if I wanted a substitute, which would’ve been fine except the photo showed a one leaf dehydrated plant, not what I ordered. The seller was very rude, as you can see from screenshots of our conversations.

Packaging was good. Plants arrived in good condition. Plants look exactly as shown in photo
