I’ve bought 3 monstera miracle tricolors and one came in rotted. They immediately refunded me without question. This is my second time buying from them and I will continue to buy from them - they have my trust!

Plants were not shipped for 3 weeks and then sent 2 day UPS air. Plants had root rot. That meant they were shipped with the rot. Also, i was told I would be getting the exact Plants and I did not. I reached out to the seller and all they said is they will look?? Not heard back from them. Do NOT buy from them unless you want to waste hundreds of dollars like I did. Worst seller that I have purchased from on Palmstreet.

It’s so hard to get in pictures but I received my plants today and they looked good besides one. I opened them up and noticed webs between the leaves but I thought it was the packaging. While inspecting further I noticed webbing on the leaves as well. I treated for spider mites and let them know. They said thank you but I paid a good amount for both plants and they also took a while. I’m not giving one star because they did come healthy looking but I definitely wouldn’t order again.

The plant arrived in though shape with some substantial root rot. First purchase from them to arrive in such bad shape. I'll give it the benefit of the doubt.
