She was very concerned about how my plants shipped. A heat pack was used and even with difference in temps from cold northern to hot southern, she packed so well no damage occurred to plants. Even left me a handwritten personalized thank you note with usable plant goodies. Plants so pretty and healthy and prices better than other notable Hoya sellers. I have purchased from many sellers, and I typically never leave reviews…but I did bc people really should support her business.
