Communication was great at the start. Placed my order and after a little over a week of hearing nothing back about shipping, I asked if there was any updates. Was then told it would ship the coming Monday. After that all responses stopped, and a refund had to be forced by Palmsteet support. Would not reccomend.

This was my first purchase from Bayoubotanicals and I am super happy about it! I ordered a bird of paradise (at a great price by the way!) and I wasn’t considering the hurricane. The package was delayed due to weather, and the seller went out of their way to check on it for me and offered to send a replacement if the plant arrived damaged. Thankfully, the bird was packaged so efficiently that the delay did not affect it! I am beyond happy with the customer service, communication and plant health

Plant received was not as healthy as the one pictured; well packaged though.
