This grower listened to and cared about my concerns when I messaged her that one of the begonias she shipped had slight damage (the other came thru just fine!). She confirmed what another grower told me, that begonias are delicate and don’t always travel well, even with the most careful packaging. I know that begonias bounce back and she offered her help with any questions I may have for its care now and in the future. Like all the growers on PalmStreet, she wants her plants to bring joy!
