Package arrived in perfect condition! Everything was securely pinned in place and the plants themselves have far more roots than I was expecting so that was a major bonus! Also 100/10 for the sustainability

Happy with my order. The plants are healthy with good roots. wish the tape was better put on the cup, some of the substrate spilled into the box exposing a few roots higher up.
