My plants spent a long time in transit in this cold weather. It got stuck in usps somehow, I reached out to the seller and he is very responsive and go above and beyond. Anyhow I got my plants arrived and to my surprise, all came in beautifully and in wonderful shape. Meticulous and careful packing is on every plant, big or small.
