Make sure you upgrade your shipping because you’ll need a refund 🤦🏼‍♂️ I hate to leave bad reviews but this one is necessary… I’ve never received a plant in this condition. Sadly nothing about this is savalagable. Huge waste of money 😫

After hundreds of purchases on this app, this is my first 1-star review. I won a hoya undulata via long form auction. It arrived within 3 days of shipping, rotten from over watering. I reached out to the seller and her only responses were to prop from the stem (if it’s still alive), “it is what it is,” and that I should’ve upgraded to NDA. I’ve shipped thousands of plants; a healthy hoya doesn’t require NDA to survive. Now I’m out a plant and $72 due to careless packing and poor customer service
