While we guarantee live arrival for our fishinvertebrates - if the animal(s) sit around in the shipping box for any length of time after delivery, their health may suffer. To prevent this, we require a picture of any deceased animals within one hour of delivery. After an hour, we can not be sure the package didn't sit on a sunny or snowy porch and is compromised as a result. Failure to send the required picture within one hour of delivery voids all guarantees and refunds.
If you do have any DOA's the full cost will be refunded. The guarantee does not cover shipping charges. These costs are non-refundable. The guarantee is void once the animal is introduced into your tank. We do not accept returns.
