Yucatan Tricolor is a rare, highly sought-after variegated form of Alocasia 'Yucatan Princess' — a modern cultivar first developed by Brian Williams of Brian's Botanicals from Alocasia sarawakensis. Standard Yucatan Princess is known for its dark, glossy, deeply veined leaves held on sturdy stems, and the tricolor form layers in dramatic patches of aurea variegation across that same bold foliage, making each leaf uniquely patterned. 🍃✨
This juvenile plant was grown from a corm off my own highly variegated Yucatan Tricolor mother plant, not imported or a random supplier lot. 🌱
