Please read through before placing your bid or order — by doing so, you agree to the policies below. 📦 HOLIDAY SHIPPING NOTICE: We know the season ahead can get pricey for everyone, so we wanted to give you a heads-up. UPS/USPS are applying peak-season surcharges starting 9/27/26, and rather than pass the full increase on to you, we're splitting it with you at every tier: +$4.50 per order from 9/27/26–11/21/26, +$6.00 per order from 11/22/26–12/26/26 (their busiest window), then back to +$4.50 from 12/27/26–1/16/27. Any shipping overages are always refunded. Thank you so much for your understanding and for shopping with us! 💚 📦 ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS • No pre-purchase holds, accidental bids, order cancellations, or refunds on live plant orders, including shipping damage. • No returns on any live plant order — this protects my collection from pests/pathogens hitching a ride back in. • Every plant is packed with extreme care. 🌱 • Dry goods orders: approved changes may incur a restocking fee of up to 25%. (Different from a weather hold below, where I delay shipping to protect the plant.) 🚚 SHIPPING SCHEDULE • Our packing/ship days are Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Your box will "close" and ship on whichever of those days fits best, based on weather here/at your address and any carrier delays. • Dry goods-only orders may ship other days. • Customers in California, Oregon, or Hawaii order at their own risk — these states routinely hold packages for agricultural inspection, which can delay delivery. • Orders placed Monday–Friday ship the following Monday–Wednesday window. Orders placed Saturday or Sunday ship that same window the week after. Example: an order placed Wed 7/22 ships between Mon 7/27–Wed 7/29. An order placed Sat 7/25 or Sun 7/26 ships between Mon 8/3–Wed 8/5 the following week. 🎥❄️☀️ UNBOXING REQUIREMENT & LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE • Live plants ship via UPS Standard 2–3 Day. Live arrival is only guaranteed with 2nd Day Air or faster. • Sensitive, rare, or expensive plants require overnight shipping. • Safe shipping window: 45°F–85°F. Any order shipping outside this window requires the following to stay guarantee-eligible: 41–44°F or 86–87°F needs insulation. 40°F needs insulation + heat pack. 88–90°F needs insulation + cold pack. Below 40°F or above 90°F falls outside my shipping range entirely, and I'll reach out with your options. Shipped below 45°F or above 85°F without the required protection, I'm not liable for any damage or death to the plant, and the guarantee won't apply. • The guarantee covers a plant that arrives deceased. Cosmetic stress — broken tips, dropped/browned leaves, wilting, or melting — is common and doesn't qualify for a credit or replacement. A plant confirmed healthy on video that declines afterward is also not eligible. • A sealed-box unboxing video within 4 hours of delivery is required for any guarantee claim. • Please bring your package inside within 30 minutes of delivery to protect it from extreme temps. I can't verify pickup timing directly, so message me with your video as soon as you spot an issue, within that same 4-hour window — reports or videos submitted later aren't eligible. 🌦️ WEATHER RESPONSIBILITY Checking the weather along your route is your responsibility — protective upgrades are always available ahead of time. 🙏 Weather Hold: I may delay shipping myself if temps look unsafe. To request one, purchase a "Week Weather Hold" ($0.60, PalmStreet's lowest price) so nothing ships before it's safe. 🪴 POST-ARRIVAL CARE • Some superficial shipping stress is normal, no matter how securely a plant is packed — broken or yellowing leaves can occur and are expected. • Please leave plants in their arrival pot for 2 weeks before repotting. Soil-grown plants: keep the soil evenly moist. 💧 Semi-hydro plants: use "feed water" (a semi-hydroponic fertilizer solution, pH balanced to 5.8) rather than plain water. • Lighting: bright, indirect sunlight, or bright T5/T8 artificial lighting. • Environment: my plants come from a space kept around 71°F and 60–70% relative humidity — try to mimic this as closely as possible. • If a plant shows extra stress, a humidity box, greenhouse, or similar enclosed space can help it recover. 🌿 Cuttings (Syngonium, Hoya, micans): "Fresh" = no roots yet, needs propagating. "Lightly rooted" = roots just starting. "Rooted" = established root system. Growth on corms/pups/cuttings can take months, even from an active point — a dormant one isn't cause for concern. Every home differs, so please treat my care notes as a starting point, not a guarantee. 🪴 Questions?
