Nepenthes Ventricosa 'Red' is an easy growing pitcher plant native to the Phillipines. We've found these to be exceptionally hardy and capable of growing in a wide variety of environments. While the standard species is known for its pale green, hourglass-shaped pitchers, the 'Red' variety is a stunning horticultural selection prized for its deep crimson to burgundy coloration. Its waxy, thick-walled pitchers are incredibly durable, often lasting much longer than those of other Nepenthes species. These come pre-potted with sphagnum moss, coco coir, and large perlite in a a 3.5" pot.
