What’s covered:

Any visible variegation splash or larger sections on any leaf by the third emerged leaf fulfills this guarantee. ***Pattern, coverage level, and intensity cannot be guaranteed — only the presence of variegation.***

Your responsibility as the buyer:

You must photograph and send me a clear photo of each leaf as it emerges. No photos = no claim. This protects both of us and keeps the process fair and documented.

If variegation doesn’t appear by leaf 3:

I will send you a $0.60 replacement invoice through PalmStreet — it is a $0.60 platform transaction used to generate an official PalmStreet shipping label and create a documented platform record of your replacement. I cover all actual shipping costs on the replacement corm.

If I have no comparable replacement in stock:

You may choose one of the following:

•Select a comparable corm from my current available inventory

•Receive a full refund of your $50 guarantee fee

Important notes:

•Guarantee fee is non-refundable once variegation is confirmed

•Documentation via photos is required for any claim — no exceptions

•The $0.60 replacement invoice must be paid to initiate the replacement shipment through PalmStreet’s system
