WSA is for us to personally check the temperatures in your area, add a heat pack or additional packing materials like bubble wrap or foam lining the box, andor for us to determine if there are specific days of shipping that we should avoid due to temperatures. Additionally, purchasing WSA keeps the plants covered under warranty in the event something does occur in transit or within the 30 day warranty period. Using a heat pack when temperatures are not below freezing can cause unnecessary damage to the plant. Each WSA covers up to 6 plants. Purchasing WSA does not mean you’ll be refunded should cold damage occur; gift cards or replacements will be offered.
