It was formally described by botanist Joseph Dalton Hooker in 1883 in The Flora of British India. Leaves: Features tiny, round to slightly oval, thick succulent leaves with random silver splash variegation. No two leaves are exactly alike. Splash intensity can vary from subtle flecking to nearly solid silver, and plants may occasionally revert to greener growth. If desired, less-splashy vines can be pruned back to encourage new splashy growth. Flowers: Produces clusters of fuzzy, pale green to creamy-white flowers with pink centers.
