- Orders may take up to 7 days to prepare. We ship Monday & Tuesday morning to prevent weekend delays. All plants ship via USPS Priority Mail. Perri Essence is not responsible for carrier delays or neglect. Want to shorten the trip for your plants?! Absolutely! Shipping upgrades are available.

No cancellations after two hours. No exchanges or refunds accepted.
We pack each order with great care, but once it leaves our hands, we’re unable to control what happens in transit. We are not responsible for shipping delays, damages (including temperature related), or lost items once your package has been handed to the carrier.
