Our plants are happily grown with the utmost care and attention. 🌿✨ ▪️Our 2in plants will arrive in their own Self-Watering Wick System—just add water to the bottom pot, and it will absorb exactly what it needs. It promotes healthy root growth & provides convenient plant care! ▪️Our plants have been happily growing in a high quality healthy root promoting substrate and will be shipped in it. This will ensure that their roots are healthy, happy and uninterrupted during the shipping process. 🌿Important Shop Info/ Policies: ▪️ Leaf Yellowing: Some yellowing may occur as your plant adjusts to its new environment. Don’t worry— the roots are healthy and with proper care, it will thrive and produce new leaves. Heat Protection available in the shop- recommended for temps above 90 degrees. If orders need to be held for ANY reason, a 1 week hold is available in the shop as well. ▪️ Shipping Time: Orders ship Monday and Tuesday mornings to avoid weekend delays. Orders placed Tuesday or after will ship the following Monday or Tuesday. We use USPS Priority Mail as our standard shipping method for plants & USPS Ground Advantage for non-plant items. Shipping upgrades are available in the shop. ▪️ Delivery: ALL sales are FINAL‼️No cancellations, exchanges or refunds accepted. We pack each order with great care, but once it leaves our hands, we’re unable to control what happens in transit. We are not responsible for shipping delays, damages (including temperature related), or lost items once your package has been handed to the carrier. ▪️ Address Verification: Please double-check your address!
