Shipping upgrades do not impact turn-around time. We ship on the following Monday (or Tuesday if there's a holiday) after your purchase to avoid any weekend delays.
Most of our plants will ship UPS 3 Day Select unless expedited shipping is purchased. UPS 2 Day Air is included for some plants at no cost. Please check individual listing descriptions for more info.

UPS 2nd Day Airยฎ provides guaranteed two-day service with afternoon delivery (excluding shipments that are scheduled to be delivered between December 12th and December 25th.) If your package has not arrived by 11:00pm the second day following acceptance by UPS, you may be entitled to refund. Please contact us within 24 hours of missed delivery to discuss.
Cancellations are accepted prior to your plant(s) being shipped. Buyer is responsible for making the request within this timeframe. No cancellations will be accepted after shipping.
