Worst experience! I purchased this animal before the cold front, it was promised to be shipped that Mon/Tues. Week later says they can no longer ship due to weather. I say am no longer in the country as this was for a gift. While trying to resolve this, I include PS which they took no responsibility nor helped. Weeks later this guy ships the animal regardless! Im not in the country! hrs on the phone with FedEx to release the box. I get a message saying we shipped the wrong animal & missing toes
