There was no communication, I was nit rushing but bought during warm weather and seems I had force shipping on the coldest day so far. All in all wont use this shop in the future.

Plants were beautiful and prices were great. Shipping took a bit long from my first plant purchase but you can combine shipping so it works itself out. The plants were packed well, UPS beat the box up a bit but other than some crushed pots they were in overall great shape. Communication is lacking and could use improvement. Messages were left for days without a response which led to missing out on a plant I was told I could switch during the LIVE and I was disappointed.
