This was my second order and sadly one pot was received damaged. However, with no questions asked, the damaged pot was taken care of. Some sellers would have said sorry they aren’t responsible for any damage. So I was very pleased in how the situation was handled. I will definitely keep watching & purchasing pots from their lives.
