I never give less than a 5 star review and always gift the opportunity to make things right before reviewing. But with this seller, I received plants that had pests, reached out to them about it with photos and videos, and then didn’t make it right. There was no (even partial) refund offered, and after offering to send a replacement which I agreed to, they ghosted me. This is horrible etiquette as a seller. And I will not be buying from them again.
