First time using PalmStreet and didn’t realize there was a pickup option! Lacey messaged me the same night to ask if I’d prefer to pick my plants up since she noticed I was so close. She got my shipping refunded and we set a pickup time. I arrived a bit early to walk around the shop and she was super accommodating to the time and made sure to check that I knew everything I needed to know about my plants before taking them home! Absolutely love the shop and owner! Great experience :)
