Product description

Sansevieria ‘Laurentii’ brings bold, architectural shape to your space with upright, sword-like leaves edged in golden yellow. Subtle green banding adds texture, while its vertical growth makes it an easy fit for smaller spaces. Commonly known as the snake plant and now classified as Dracaena trifasciata ‘Laurentii’, this resilient houseplant pairs distinctive foliage with a low-maintenance care routine.Care guide Light: Bright, indirect light is ideal. Tolerates lower light, though growth will slow. Introduce direct sunlight gradually to avoid scorching. Water: Allow the potting mix to dry completely between waterings, then water thoroughly and let excess drain. Water less often in cooler conditions or lower light. Soil: Use a fast-draining cactus or succulent mix in a pot with drainage holes. Humidity: Typical household humidity is suitable. No misting is needed. Temperature: Prefers warm indoor temperatures around 65–85°F. Protect from cold drafts and temperatures below 50°F. Feeding: Apply a balanced houseplant fertilizer at half strength every 4–6 weeks during active spring and summer growth. Reduce or pause feeding when growth slows. Maintenance: Wipe leaves gently to remove dust. Avoid letting water collect between the leaves at the base. Pet safety: Toxic to cats and dogs if ingested. Keep out of their reach. Care tip: When in doubt, wait to water. Snake plants store moisture in their thick leaves and are more vulnerable to overwatering than a brief dry spell.
