This listing is for insulation only. During the coldest months, I highly recommend buying winter protection instead, which includes a heat pack. I've done a lot of research into this, and received plenty of orders and learned the hard way! Insulation alone may be fine if temps are consistently above 50-60 during its ENTIRE journey. Also, I don't recommend heat packs without Insulation because the heat will leave the box quickly. If you live in a warm state, but it is cold in my state, please get winter protection. It is very unlikely that a heat pack will damage a plant during shipping to a warmer place.
