Shipping Info: (Shipped USPS Priority Mail)

Plants ship bare-root, carefully wrapped in paper towels and secured in a deli saucer to minimize transit stress. If needed, butterwort soil can be purchased on our other listing.

Winter Shipping Information (UPDATED 11225):

Our Add-On Heat Pack is now live and has been added to all our pings listing. We strongly recommend it during winter to protect your pings from low temps (Below 50 Degrees). Any order that does NOT have a heat pack is not covered by our live plant guarantee. We also recommend upgrading to priority mail to avoid plant issues as ground shipping will take longer for plants to arrive.
