Rooted in semi-hydro and ready for its new home! Orders ship from Kentucky every Monday–Wednesday via UPS 3-Day or USPS Priority (chosen based on your location). Order by Sunday at noon CST to catch Monday’s shipment.
❄️ Weather Matters! Multiple levels of shipping and weather protection are available. During hot or cold weather, upgrades are strongly recommended. We carefully pack every order, but once your package is in the carrier’s hands, we cannot be responsible for delays, weather-related damage, or mishandling during transit.
📦 Please Note: All sales are final. Cancellations are subject to a 25% fee. To be eligible for any issue review, please record a continuous unboxing video within 2 hours of delivery.
