Another amazing species in the Phormictopus, this species starts off with a fun blue coloration with white tuffs on the abdomen. 

Like most species in the genus, as these grow the continue to gain more coloration often turning purple in their juvenile stage until they reach their adult coloration at around 6". 

This species grows to reach about 8 inches and both males and females will feature an awesome pink-purple coloration!
