I am not responsible for shipping delays, weather-related issues, lost packages, or damage caused by the carrier once the plant is out of my possession. Future variegation and specific outcomes, such as green or full moon leaf & corms are not guaranteed. Please understand the risks of purchasing plants, especially cuttings, corms or variegated plants. Shipping may cause stress, including root loss, leaf drop, yellowing or melting, as some plants do not travel as well as others. Please consider your local weather conditions. I can hold your order at no extra charge if nighttime temperatures drop below 40°F, upon request. Shipping in night temperatures below 40°F is at your own risk.
Plants will be packed carefully to ensure the plant's safety. I will provide photos and a video of the plant or corm before packing and will send them to you.
Refund will be issued w overnight shipping if there are no delays, was purchased based on the weather, and the corm was brought inside within 1 hour of delivery. Please provide unboxing videos with tape still attached to the box within two hours of delivery time. Videos done after the package has been opened are NOT accepted.
