Remove plantlet gently from container
Rinse off agar with room-temp water
Optional: 5-minute soak in diluted peroxide solution (1 tsp per cup water)
Place into moist, airy medium: sphagnum + perlite, or seedling plugaroid mix
First 7–14 days: 90–100% humidity (humidity dome or vented cup)
Gradually vent → lower to 70–80% over 2–3 weeks
Bright, indirect light
Avoid direct sun during early acclimation
Keep medium lightly moist, never soggy
Good airflow prevents mold
Warm, stable temps: 70–80°F preferred
No water for the first 3–4 weeks
Then begin light aroid fertilizer at 14 strength
Best results with a heat mat + grow light
Don’t rush removing humidity
If you see yellowing early on: normal TC adjustment
New leaf variegation may increase as plant matures
