TIPS FOR HEALTHY GROWTH

- Make sure you are giving your new plants proper lighting, buy a light meter and test your lighting throughout the day.

- Research the plants you are purchasing to understand their lighting, water, humidity, and temperature needs.

- - - Avoid direct sun, bright indirect light is best (or Barrina T5T8 grow lights).

- - - Do not expose plants to temperatures outside of 68-80 degrees F.

- - - Do not place plants near HeatAC vents.

LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE

I guarantee live delivery of all plant orders! As long as the conditions below are met, I will replace or refund any plants that do not survive delivery.

Keep in mind, these are exotic tropical plants and even with superb packaging, shipping can be strenuous. Plants may drop leaves, have browningdiscoloration, or show other signs of stress from the journey which is not covered by the Live Plant Guarantee. After a short time in their new homes plants should recover and grow happily.

LIVE ARRIVAL CONDITIONS

#1. Buyer must bring package indoors to a heatedAC space within 30 minutes of delivery, confirmed with photosvideo.

#2. Buyer must open package within 8 hours of delivery and take unboxing video & detailed photos.

#3. Buyer must contact VGH immediately to report any issues.

#4. Do not take cuttings from a plant you are claiming for the guarantee.
