Unfortunately, I was missing a plant. They were willing to resolve with a replacement however did not follow throught with shipping the replacement. I really did want the plant. I did request a refund and I did receive it. The only suggestion I had was the packaging. 16 plants in one box, 3 were in gallon pots which created a very, very, heavy box . I did receive damages but I let it go. I will just order a few next time, which I did and those came beautifully. I will order again.
